Remove access from an inactive employee

To remove access NetSuite access from an inactive employee:

  1. Log into NetSuite as Administrator (not Payroll Administrator)
  2. Go to the Employees list - from the menu select List > Employees > Employees
  3. Mark the Show Inactives checkbox
  4. Locate the employee and click Edit
     
     
  5. Go to the Access tab
  6. Unmark the Give Access checkbox
  7. Click Save
