Remove access from an inactive employee
To remove access NetSuite access from an inactive employee:
- Log into NetSuite as Administrator (not Payroll Administrator)
- Go to the Employees list - from the menu select List > Employees > Employees
- Mark the Show Inactives checkbox
- Locate the employee and click Edit
- Go to the Access tab
- Unmark the Give Access checkbox
- Click Save
