Leave Info
The defaults for the following fields are from the configuration. Select the correct option depending on the State and entitlements of the employee. The greyed out fields will get populated once you start using ICS payroll.
Annual Leave
Annual Leave Entitlement – select the correct option for this employee
Personal Leave (Sick/Carers)
- Personal Leave Entitlement – select the correct option for this employee
Long Service Leave
- LSL Entitlement – select the correct option for this employee. Anniversary dates may be affected by maternity leave etc.
Options
- Process Leave Externally – leave accruals will not be calculated in ICS Payroll if this is selected
- Exclude Public Holidays – mark this checkbox if you do not want timesheets for public holidays to be created in the pay run. Typically this is for casuals.
- Exclude Public Hols From Leave Request - mark this checkbox if you want to exclude public holidays in annual leave calculations.
- ESS Delegated Access – select an option if you want this employee to access the ESS (Employee Self Service) on behalf of another employee
- ESS Delegate For – If ESS Delegated Access is set to Employee Defined, select the specifc employees
- ESS Approval Access - select an option if you want this employee to approve leave on behalf of another employee
- ESS Approval For – If ESS Approval Access is set to Employee Defined, select the specifc employees
Calculation Data
- Continuous Start Date – defaults from Hire Date (on Human Resources tab) and is used for leave calculations
