When your account has been updated all users will be required to reset (setup again) their 2FA upon their next login.
By default, codes will be sent to the users email address. Users will also have the ability to change their settings whenever they like from either email to an authenticator app and vice versa.
Please Note
SMS is no longer supported for 2FA and users must choose either email or an authenticator mobile app to receive codes/tokens.
Setup 2FA via Email:
Setting up 2FA via Email is the default option. If you are not familiar with using authenticator mobile apps then it is strongly recommend you use email (these instructions).
The system will now prompt you to Setup 2FA, since you will be using your email, just click/tap the Confirm & Receive Code button.
Check your email (the one you logged in with) for the login code.
Enter the code (as below) and click/tap Verify Code.
You have now successfully setup 2FA via email and are logged into MyPay.
Setup 2FA via Authenticator App
