Password Reset
If you have forgotten your password and are unable to login, you can change your password easily using the following instructions:
Resetting password
- Navigate to the MyPay Login page - https://mypay.management/login
- Click the 'Forgot Password' link
- Enter your Email
- Click the 'Reset Password' button
- Go to your email find the email from no-reply@mail.mypay.management
Check your Junk folders if you cannot find the email into your Inbox - Copy the URL from Set New Password button in the email
- Paste URL to you browser
- Fill in a new password and re-enter new password
- Click the 'Change Password' button
After changing the password you will be taken back to the MyPay login screen where you can log in with new password.
Login with new credentials
- You will now be taken back to the MyPay login screen
- Enter your Email
- Enter your Password
- Click the 'Log in' button
- Enter 2FA code
- Click the 'Verify' button
Changing Passwords
- Login to MyPay
- Click the profile icon on the far right-hand side of the screen
- Click User Settings
- Click Password Change
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Re-enter New Password
- Save
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication is mandatory in MyPay for all users. Users are automatically registered for 2FA as soon as they are invited to MyPay.
By default, authorisation codes/tokens are sent to the employee's (MyPay login) email address.
Users can also generate authentication codes using the Authy App.

- Select Mobile or Desktop option
- Enter Phone Number
- Verify Code
- Click MyPay to view and copy codes
- Click Settings
