Importing Leave History Records for Leave Entitlement
You will need a CSV with the headers:
Employee Internal ID Leave Type Accrual Type Hours Pay Date Is Import? Details E.g. 1234 Annual Leave Accrual E.g. 160 E.g. 1/1/2021 Yes Annual Leave Entitlement import for full year
- Go to Payroll Administration > Payroll Setup > Import CSV Records
- Select Import Type "Custom Records"
- Select Record Type "Leave History Record"
- Select the CSV record
- Click "Next"
- Data Handling is ADD
- Check Advanced Options
- Custom Form = ICS Leave History Record Form
- Log system notes = ticked
- Run server suitescript = ticked - Next
- Ensure the mapping is correct (as below)
- Click the pencil next to Employee Internal ID and ensure that the reference type is set to "Internal ID"
- Click Next
- Finalise the process and name the Import Map, Click Save and Run.
Go to Payroll Administration > Leave Management > Leave History Record List - and sort by Internal ID to view the newest - check that they have created correctly.
