Importing Leave History Records for Leave Entitlement

  1. You will need a CSV with the headers:

    Annual Leave Entitlement import for full year

  2. Go to Payroll Administration > Payroll Setup > Import CSV Records
  3. Select Import Type "Custom Records"
  4. Select Record Type "Leave History Record"
  5. Select the CSV record
  6. Click "Next"
  7. Data Handling is ADD
  8. Check Advanced Options 
    - Custom Form = ICS Leave History Record Form
    - Log system notes = ticked
    - Run server suitescript = ticked
  9. Next

  10. Ensure the mapping is correct (as below)
  11. Click the pencil next to Employee Internal ID and ensure that the reference type is set to "Internal ID"
  12. Click Next
  13. Finalise the process and name the Import Map, Click Save and Run. 

Go to Payroll Administration > Leave Management > Leave History Record List - and sort by Internal ID to view the newest - check that they have created correctly.
