The following list of items is required for MyPay installation and functionality. Please ensure you have reviewed and activated where required before proceeding to the following guide.

NetSuite Features Preferences

  1. Log into the Netsuite
  2. On the main menu bar, choose: Setup  Company  Enable Features
  3. On the sub-menu bar, choose: Company
    1. under Data Management
      Enhanced File Security must be Unchecked
  4. On the sub-menu bar, choose: Employees
    1. under Time & Expenses
      Expense Reports Checked
      Approval Routing Checked
      Time Tracking Checked
    2. On the sub-menu bar, choose: SuiteCloud 
      under SuiteBuilder
      Custom Records Checked
    3. under SuiteScript
      Client SuiteScript Checked
      Server SuiteScript Checked
    4. under SuiteFlow
      SuiteFlow Checked
    5. under Manage Authentication
      Token-Based Authentication Checked 


Infinet Cloud Payroll Bundle ID

MyPay with ICS Payroll

Proceed with these steps if using MyPay in conjunction with ICS Payroll

  1. On the main menu bar, choose: Customization  SuiteBundler  Search&Install  List
  2. Check if Infinet Cloud Payroll Bundle ID 30500 is on the list



NetSuite Accounting Preferences

  1. On the main menu bar, choose: Setup  Accounting  Accounting Preferences (also know as Setup Accounting)
  2. On the sub-menu bar, choose: Time & Expenses (Tab)  Time Tracking (Sub Tab)
    Require Approvals on Time Records CHECKED 

    Advanced Approvals on Time Records CHECKED 
  3. On the sub-menu bar, choose: Approval Routing (Tab)  General (Sub Tab)
    Expense Reports CHECKED
