The Email Employees screen allows you to select employees that you want to email the payslip to.
Email Payslips - After the Pay Run has been paid you will see the "Email Payslips" button appear. The Pay Run stage will be "Payrun Paid" and the attached PDF, ABA, and Journals will be visible on the Pay Run record.
Emailing - Click the button to see a list of employees with this preference for "Payslip Method"
Message - Check the message to confirm Pay run is complete.
Email From - Select the employee you want to send the emails from. This will default to the current user.
Click on Email Payslips to send those payslips to the employees in the list.
