New Expense Configuration

1. Log into MyPay using ADMIN user

2. You should see the Expense menu across the menu bar

3. Navigate to Expense > Configuration

4. Click the Create 

   1. Name: Configuration Description
   2. Notifications: check/uncheck to suppress notifications
   3. Active: uncheck to inactivate
