Overview

MyPay supports multiple Leave Configurations. When integrated with an existing NetSuite instance where Infinet Cloud Payroll / Leave Management are installed, all the existing Leave Configurations will be automatically synced across.

New Leave Configuration

Note

You cannot edit a Most of the Leave Configuration that has been fields are synced from NetSuite. To make changes, please log into NetSuite and make any changes there.

To create a new Leave Configuration, follow these steps:

  • Log into MyPay using ADMIN user

  • You should see the Leave menu across the menu bar

  • Navigate to Leave > Configuration

  • Configuration Description and defaults per Leave Configuration (wizard) settings in NetSuite 

  • Name: 
  • Payroll Country: 
  • Working Week: 
  • Available calculation:
  • Select unit to use:
  • Allow leave cancellation statuses:
  • Deduct statutory holidays:
  • Notifications:
  • Allow Medical certificate(s):
  • Number of allowed deficit days:
  • Certificate required after # Days:
  • Medical Cert. mandatory days:
  • Calculation include public holidays:
  • Pert day min:
  • Part day max:

    The only Leave Configuration fields that can be edited/saved in MyPay (because they do not exists in Netsuite) are: 

    • Notifications
    • Additional Available Leave Types

    The other fields must be changed in Netsuite

    Leave Types available to request

    Leave Types can be assigned to users in 3 ways:

    1. Basic common types defined on NS Employee record. These are mostly required by jurisdiction (usually Annual Leave, etc.)
    2. Other leave types that are assigned to users by Country/Subsidiary (see leave type country or subsidiary assignment in NS)
    3. Other leave types defined in MyPay in Leave Configuration - field "Additional Available Leave Types"
