Q. Does MyPay have an option to allow an employee to create expenses reports on behalf of another employee?
A. Yes. The employee must be above them in supervisor/leave approver hierarchy either directly or indirectly. Once that's the case, the employee will be able to select the subordinate employee when creating expenses on their behalf.
Q. An employee typed in the wrong mobile number when accepting the MyPay invite and therefore did not get the SMS code. As the Administrator how do I reset 2FA?A. For security reasons, this request must be sent to support@infinetcloud.com. Please provide the name of the employee and we will reset their 2FAis unable to login or setup their 2FA settings. How can I reset their 2FA setup?
