Leave Request
The New Leave Request Form allows form allows an Employee Employees to submit a request to take various types of Single or Multi-Day or Single-Day leave leave. Once the
- Select Leave Type
- From and To Dates
- Note Available Hours and Required Hours
- calculating automatically
- Public Holidays and Upcoming Leave
Public Holidays and Upcoming Leave Dates (previously approved) will not be available for selection.
Deficit Hours
If the Required Hours exceeds Available Hours, the system will warn the user via notification.
Depending on Leave Configuration preferences set up in the account, the user may have to reduce the required hours by adjusting dates or changing the leave type (ie. Leave Without Pay) to Submit the Request.
