List Approval
- Navigate to Time & Allowance > Approve Time & Allowance
2. Click on the Employee to review Time Entry and return to the list
3. Click on the checkboxes next to the Employee and click the Approve or Decline buttons accordingly
4. Note that the Time Entries have now been processed and removed from the Timesheets to approve list.
Decline or Modify Timesheet
To Decline an entry, simply click on the time entry you don't agree with so that it turns red.
Alternatively, click Edit and make changes accordingly.

To Decline from the list check the box next to the timesheet in the list and use the Decline button on the top right of the page.
