Overview

MyPay supports multiple Leave Configurations. When integrated with an existing NetSuite instance where Infinet Cloud Payroll / Leave Management are installed, all the existing Leave Configurations will be automatically synced across.

Note

You cannot edit a Leave Configuration that has been synced from NetSuite. To make changes, please log into NetSuite and make any changes there.

New Leave Configuration

To create a new Leave Configuration, follow these steps:

  1. Log into MyPay using ADMIN user

  2. You should see the Leave Administration menu across the menu bar

  3. Navigate to to additional setup ... > Leave > ConfigurationConfigurations

  4. Configuration Description and defaults per Leave Configuration (wizard) settings in NetSuite 

    1. Name: 
    2. Payroll Country: 
    3. Working Week: 
    4. Available calculation:
    5. Select unit to use:
    6. Allow leave cancellation statuses:
    7. Deduct statutory holidays:
    8. Notifications:
    9. Allow Medical certificate(s):
    10. Number of allowed deficit days:
    11. Certificate required after # Days:
    12. Medical Cert. mandatory days:
    13. Calculation include public holidays:
    14. Pert day min:
